Logically that selection looks about right,but there’s no way Garland would go for it, it’d be Rugby political suicide plus if the tour goes down the tubes ‘the Welsh will get the blame.

pretty much spot on and thats from an Englishman. personally I would still take Farrell as i reckon Wilkos past it. shame that Ben Morgan was Injured but Faletau is another eesh certainty.agree with AWG too as captain

Can’t argue with much of that. Pretty straightforward apart from Wilko. Not an automatic choice and may be seen as regressive, but I’d never complain about seeing him in a Lions shirt and we’re not blessed with fit & firing 10s.

It’s probably easier for non-Welshmen to see past Saturday’s starting XV. We’ll be able to do it in a few weeks. After all, it’s only a month-and-a-bit since Leigh Halfpenny was looking like having the Welsh aisle of the plane to himself…

Looks like a decent team to me…Alun Wyn Jones as captain is an interesting choice…since the weekend I have been trying to think who is guaranteed to play in the tests and can be captain, and his was hte first name in my head…still think BOD might get the call though
